Through fasting and prayer, the vision of New Citadel of Hope Christian Church was placed upon the heart of the Founder and Senior Pastor, Pastor Angelic D. Simmons. Under the direction of God and the leadership of Sr. Pastor Angelic D. Simmons, NCOHCC was established in May 2009.

 

NCOHCC is a non-denominational and multi-cultural church where we believe the Bible to be the infallible written word of God.

 

We are a Christian church that believes Jesus Christ exist and He is Lord. We believe that salvation is only gained when one accepts Jesus Christ as his/her  personal Lord and Savior and that He died to redeem the world from sin. We believe baptism is an act of obedience. Jesus was baptized, and we are also called to be baptized a symbol of personal commitment to give up ones old way of life in exchange for a life modeled in the image of Christ.

We also believe worship is the way to a genuine connection with God. At NCOHCC, we believe true worship is about totally surrendering oneself to Christ.

 

Our reach is not limited to the church. It is our belief that everybody is somebody. We teach individuals to live with integrity and maintain a consecrated lifestyle.
